Can we ask to high court or suprim court under RTI for the clerification of answers given by any govt RTI CELL ?i.e.wether the given answers are by the indian constitution or not? if yes under which rule and act? if not under which rule or act they are against?

Thanks for referring an interesting question of law involved in the matter.

There is no provision under RTI Act or under any other Act giving right to varify/ clarify the same from High Court or Supreme Court. If you are not satisfied with the answer given by RTI CELL , then you can ask for noting on this or you can file appeal against if information found wrong . However you can approach to High Court invoking Court`s extra-ordinary jurisdiction.
