Sale of apartment built under DCR 33(7) / 33(9)
Is is possible for a person to sell his apartment within a year or a month if he's got the ownership of the apartment as a part of re-development scheme under DCR 33(7) / 33(9)?

if it is barred in the said scheme then you can not sell otherwise you can sell.
