OCI is like Green Card of USA , YOU can do anything but cannot get a Govt. job and cannot vote in election. But you can buy property(ies) or work where ever you wish to work and live where ever you wish to live. You dont have to report at police station after 6 months of your stay. And ofcourse you dont need a visa for India now.
