SC caste certificate cancellation
Dear sir

I am employed in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited,Bangalore.My Sheduled caste certificate cancelled by two member commitee ,district authorities ,virdhunagar ,Tamilnadu,india quoting my sister marriage with a christianbackgroud person. But my father and forefathers are all hindus , i am a born hindu pallan cmmunity and having all valid documents to prove that.

I challanged the decision in state level commitee,chennai, But they routed back to virdhunagar for reverification telling two member commitee decision not legally valid.

But now my brother daughter got sc caste certificate from Tasildar of same district.

the reverification is scheduled on 21 aug 2007.

how sould i answer three member commitee on enquiry

please guide me as soon as possible

Is collectrate decicsion legally sustainable

my promtion is still pending

what should i do now

Give vital proof in support of your version and also produce certificate of your brother's daughter.
