Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sec 95 of Code of Civil Procedure
A suit for specific performance of agreement was filed before the Hon'ble Sub Court, Kochi, Kerala and the same has been dismissed with costs. The suit was filed based on forged documents and the plaintiff had secured a status quo order(injuction), which remained in force till disposal of the suit. Can I (one of the defendants) claim compensation under Sec 95 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
