section 125 crpc maintenance i am in uk if i refused pay 125crpc maintenance would i get arrested if i come in india?

after her complaint is decided, she can file execution of the order. even by attaching your assets, the execution amount is not satisfied, the court may issue non bailable warrants against you. these warrants may have no applicability in UK but in India, they remain in force until executed. better retain a lawyer to defend you in this matter.
