Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
As per Section 40 of Registration and Stamps Act in India which relates to Authority / Powers to Adopt?. If this is invoked for a minor, who becomes a legal heir of the person who has executed. My question is how does the minor claim the titles of the Adoptive father is there a legal Procedure for it?
