Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My seld Abhishek from Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, earlier we used to stay in joint property at Kailash Nagar, Delhi with our Uanty (Chachi), after sold that property we buy new property in Laxmi Nagar. I am the only son of my father we have 02 more marries sisters, now my father want to cut myself from the property, will it be possible, or i have any leagle option againt above condtion.

as the property held by your father is purchased out of joint funds and no partition amongst you all has taken place, you, your married sisters, your father and mother seem to be equal owners of the property and no one can debar another.
