Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i want to send a summon to indian national residing in USA. Can the summon be sent via email or postal order . if yes is there any rule for this as judge wants to see the rule thorugh which summon can be sent via email

the summons may be sent through courier or through the indian embassy there in USA. the summons may also be served following Hague Convention between India and US.
