senior citizen Womens act
I am seniorcitizen, i got divorce 22 yrs back, but i dont hav any papers with me, as i am illitrate and innocent i didnt get good suggestions from any people and struggle a lot to get good education, food for my 5 children. my husband was retired foreman in central govt. I havnt got any pension or anything from him so far. now my children are grownups and settled with their family. myself and my youngest daughter are suffering for our life. Is there any possiblities to sue my husband for myself and my daughter?

Yes.You can claim from your earning children and ex husband,It's your right.
