Service Deficiency
On a course of action I can follow, as advised by answers to my question on Lawguru on �Deficiencies of Service� I have lodged a complaint with Directorate of Public Grievances cell New Delhi. It in tern forwarded the same to the Special officer of CM of Tamilnadu on 17/3/2009 for action. Couple of months has elapsed and I am yet to receive any intimation further. The department that is supposed to render the service happens to be Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority. Can I take up with High court on writ petition, as suggested by Lawguru , the department having failed to act on my complaint.

You may consider approaching the Hon'ble High Court of your State for appropriate remedies.

Yes you can file writ in H.C to decide your complaint and furhter action.
