A new sharat(condition) agriculture land in Gujarat State,INDIA is converted into Old sharat(condition) land by revenue authority. Then after this land is sold by its legal appointee. After sales of this land two times revenue authority deffered its earlier order of conversion of this land into old sharat as this land is not salleble from original holder and do not approved this registered saledeed.Due to this reason buyer is not legal hoder of this land.Advocate of original land holder also issued a notice under atrocity act u/s 3(1)(4) to buyer.

Dear Sir / Madam (Kothara, Bhuj, Gujarat)

A defective title transfer by sale is null and void ab initio. Advocate / solicitor involvement to study the case and represent the facts in Court is recommended.
