Share in Ancesteral property.
Does a man has got rights in his wife's ancesteral properties where the wife is no more but has got two major childrens?

the share of your wife lies still there - and after her death you step into her shoes along with her children - so you can claim it!

Only the children and not the Husband have right in the ancestral property.
