share in ancestral property
my grandfather made will to pass all ancestral property to my father/mother jointly . However my father sold almost all property/gold etc 20 years back without my consent or signatures and purchased house with 10% of amount realised through sale of property and remaining is with him. now as family has increased house has become small but my father is not ready either to buy big house nor he is giving my share of property creating tension in family . what is easy legal way to get my share of property at earliast .

As your grandfather had willed away all the ancestral property to your parents, you have rights, but you are too late. With a gap of 20 years facing you, I wonder if the law courts will be able to give you reliefs, even if they want to. Your good intentions are too late to be good.
