Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i want share in my grandfathers property which is in his name he died in 1972.property is not yet transferd in my fathers name,and his sisters sons name.my father and his sisters son are selling the property without any partition.my father have denied to give my share,he is giving the money to my younger brother and buying new property in the name of my mother from that money.please clear my right.i am muslim and my grandfather have made no will.

If you need ur share immediately file a partition suit in civil court and claim ur share in you grandfathers property.
