Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Could you please share me the infomation about the fast track court.
I have a dispute with a land property and I would like to close the case as soon as possible.
Please let me know the procedure.

Fast Track Courts are constituted to try Criminal matters. If you like to close the Civil matter you may try for a mediation or Lokadalath through the court in which your case is pending, if not settled, request the court to immediately list the matter,
