Share transfer Stop

Dear sir,

We have shares of X company.purchased from a person .When we sent for transfer,the seller now says he hasnt sold them.We have TD,but he says he hasnt signed it.We also have bills.

Can the company without FIR/Court Stay stop my share transfer procedure ?

where is the seller now - it is a transaction between you and the company! when you have transfer forms duly signed then there is no question of the seller to deny! let him try then you can think about stopping him
