I am a shedule caste person , s.i of police neglect my complaint 45 days.due to his neglegence i loss my entire education life.i forward this nhrc,india.he receive notice.so he abuse me by calling day by day.due to his power &force.he forcely take statement from me.i loss. How i need to react

u can file complaint in the court and can complaint before higher authority
