Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We had given our shop on lease to one person on a monthly rent basis. Now we made a new registered agreement with him for 5 years.
Previously we have an agreement but for increasing the rent we made a new agreement. The previous agreement is not registered and also it doesn't have any closing date.

Dear client...
As you have entered into new agreement then the old agreement is automaticaly cancelled... get the new agreement registered by notary.
