Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

We had given our Shop on rent and made an agreement with that tenant. In that agreement we didn't mentioned any cluase like he has to vacate the shop at any time if we need the shop. This agreement is not a registered agreement. This agreement was made in 1993 (there is closing date in this agreement)

Now we had made a new agreement with the same tenant for same shop due to we asked him to increase the rent as per the Local rates in my place. Now we want to Register this new rent agreement as a leese deed and he agreed for it.

Can we think that the previous agreement will not have any value if we make a new agreement with the same tenant because it was registered.

Do we have any other choice to make that old agreement as Void.

Do not worry about the old agreement... as ur undergoing new agreement mention all the relevant point so that in future you do not have any problem.. As new agreement is being made old agreement automaticaly get void..
