Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Significance Of Boundry written in Sale-Deed

My father purchased a piece of land in a plot (area of which is 0.98Acre) in 1970. Owner of the plot was Schedule Caste. In 1965 there came a Judgement from Patna high court that, While purchasing land belonging to Schedule Caste it is no longer neccessary to take permission of District Comissioner. Due to this without permission land got registered. After 1965 to till date lands are being registered without permission of DC. Even From DC Office it is being said that it is no longer necessary. Is it True.

What is the stand of the Supreme court. What will happen to those lands which got registered without permission.

You have not mentioned your problem. If you are the vendee in possession, unless you are facing any disturbance, you may have no cause of action. Therefore, your question is not mature.
