silence

If when two parties are in the process of negotiating a contract regarding immovable property and agree over certain points during the course of conversation telephonically, the phone line goes dead 'presumably', could the contract be termed complete ?

also when is silence taken as acceptance ?

It is difficult to prove verbal contract.However,Law also recognise verbal/oral contract.
