Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir , there was a ancestral property on my name , in 1991 my father done sale the property has a minor on that date they done me to do signature on on sale deed . thus has a minor i done sale . does this sale deed is valid or not ....? i am having proof that i am a minor on that date ...can i claim the property now ...or thus sale deed is valid now ....
