Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir i have constructed a house before roof level by mistake at Plot No:25A, but actually i have to start at plot no:21 . Further i realized after 3 months so i stopped and constructed plot no:21 currently
My queries is shall i collect any claim by compromise or legally from plot no:25A owner for the amount invested on their plot
