Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir, i'm a disabled married lady, born with three brothers nd three sisters, we totally seven, now, father is refuse to give anything to us ie only for daughters and trying to share to only his sons in his property since it was his self acquired one.., did I have any rights to claim ? Did is it possible for to make a suit against my father, or any spl consideration ll be shown on me since I'm disable ? pls help in this regard. thanks

You have no share or right in your fathers self acquired property .
