sir i want divorce from my husband for torture case on him but instead of 2times notice hes not responding to me so kindly suggest the solution to take divorce from him as soon as possible.

According to me after sending the third notice ask the Court through your Lawyer for the publication of the notice and if even then your husband doesnt turnup ask the Court to rposceed Ex-parte and grant you divorce.
