Sir our family residing in house more than 30 years as joint family but sale deed of house was on my brothers name and he is elder to me he filing case against me to vacate the premises so what should i do to challenge his case

Such transactions are called Benami Transaction. You can file suit for declaration and partition. There are several aspect which need to be considered though.
