sir in our family totally 6 brothers and 4 sisters our father has 2 wives .first wive died.and he married 2nd wife.for first wive 5sons and 2 daughters.and for 2nd wife 1son and 2 daughters.so our fathers property was shared by all of us and our mom thats 2nd wife.so there are totally 11 shares.we shared ans saled our house.now the problem is my mom thats 2nd wife share she is not giving to our 2daughters she gave to her son.my question is whether two daughters of 2nd wife have rights in our moms share.we have right to ask our share or not ?so pls reply to my quetion........

legally, the 2nd wife is not entitled to any share in the property as her marriage is void but the children have equal share in the property of the self acquired property of their father. the share of 2nd wife needs to be divided amongst all the legal heirs including first wife.
