Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir , a father having one son and one daughter(she is married) and wants to make a will of his property and he wants his son only to be the owner of the property after him and in will 2 wittness daughter and a close friend of father has signed i just want to know is she can claim any right in fathers property in future.

No, if it is his self-acquired property and not ancestral property, the will may govern inheritance.
