sir 26 feb 2012 ko ek hadsa ho gaya hai,logon ne marpit kiya hai hamare pariwar k sath,to court me kab tak case dal sakte hain kahi date expiry wali bat to nahi?

criminal case ke liye 2 saal ki limitation hai aur civil ke liye 3 saal ki.

In criminal case, there is no period of limitation, except for summary trial cases, where sentence are below 3 months or so. Criminal case for such offence can be filed at any time. However, for civil suit, limitation is 3 years.
