Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir, I had filed a writ in the district judicial magistrate court for partition but the case has ended with compromise. I want to change the properties to my name using the compromise judgement in the sub-registrar office. How can I do that and what is the procedure.
thanks in advance.

your compromise decree and judgement must have been detailed with list of your shares if so then submit the same copy to SRO along with your property documents and your purpose will be solved.
