Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, i gave 50000 Rs to my neighbor after few months he gave me a cheque for Rs 50000 without date. after few days i came to knw from other neighbor that he is going to ask the bank for stop payment because i fought with him for money before .... is it possible ?
is there any chance to file compliant for missing of cheque ?

yes the person who issued cheque can ask his banker to stop payment of that cheque,
but stop payment is also dis honour of cheque against which you can take legal action i.e. notice, file a civil and criminal case againt the the person who gave cheque.
yes, you can file a complaint for mission of cheque with the local police station.
