Dear Girija Dayal Maurya,
(Sitapur, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh)
It remains the primary duty and responsibility of the Advocate / Lawyer representing and defending your case to regularly and rigorously follow-up for the hearing of the matter, and in case of inaction, escalate it to the Chief Magistrate at the Allahabad High Court through the Court Writer. I find it strange to hear from you - how come you kept on regularly paying fees to the Advocate / Lawyer when there are no hearings since 2005 till date ? Have you already received all your terminal benefits like PF, Gratuity or are they still pending ?
Please mail me actual facts along with the allegations levelled against you and the name of your Advocate / Lawyer at [email protected]
Regards,
Ask for legal aid; where lawyers give free services to clients who cannot afford legal fees. This will solve your problem to certain extent, and pray to court to expedite the hearing.
