2) Does 2nd wife have any rights on his husbands properties ?
When was the 2nd marriage solemnized with the consent of the 1st wife?
Sir,1st wife accepted her husbands 2nd marriage when her elder son was 3 years old, which mean in 1958.
1 Answer from Attorneys
2nd wife has no right in the property but her children has equal share as the children of 1st wife and 1st wife. If the 2nd wife had got married prior to 1956 then she had a share in the property but not now.
