Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, my grandpa married d 2nd women with the permission of the 1st wife. 1st wife have 3 children and the 2nd have 4 children. Ma grandpa deceased few years back now we wan to divided his properties my doubt is
1) Does the first wife has any special rights on his properties ?
2) whether the property is first divided into 2 headed by his two wifes and later the children's should get share from the share of their respective mother's ?
