Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir,
I am the guarantor of a person in hiring a commercial vehicle who is unable to pay installments properly .I have an account in the same bank .The bank kept my account in hold .As it is my salaried account ,I am unable to withdraw for daily needs .Please show me path.

As you are a guarantor, bank has every right to recover the outstanding from your salary account. Why don�t you change your bank account.
