Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
(sir i hand one son and one daughter ,i just wanted to know is this will correctly written do i require any changes to make a proper will. WILL:-
I, Sri vikash ch sachdev, son of Late hariram sachdev, aged 67 years, by religion ,Hindu, residing at kalyan nagar, Bhubaneswar Dist Khurda ,do hereby make this will and testaments and I hereby revoke all wills and condicils and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last will. It will take effect after my lifetime. Now I am in a sound disposing state of mind. During my lifetime I had made the following arrangements with regards to my immoveable property, so that there may not be any objection by my heirs and others after my lifetime. My younger son Sri arun sachdev upon whom I have confidence and I appoint him as my sole executor of this will. After my lifetime my younger son Sri arun sachdev should take possession and enjoyment of immoveable property situated at kalyan nagar residencial plot no 65 kalyan Nagar, Bhubaneswar measuring approx an area of 160 decimal size bounded by north-plot no 260, south-plot no 1124,east-259,west-261 kalyan nagar, my son Sri arun sachdev shall become the absolute owner over the said land after my life time. The said property possessed by me is my self acquisition and I have full testamentary power over it.
This is my last will and testament .This will shall come into effect after my lifetime and I execute this out of my free will and consent and in good sense of mind.
In witness where of I have hereunto set and subscribed my hand and signature this 15 day of February 2010 in presence of two witnesses who have also on my request subscribed their respective signatures as attesting witnesses.
