sir i issued cheques that were dishonured but i agreed to pay in court but judge sorder for jail i got bail but now what shoukld i do in upper court

in case you had offered to pay the cheque amount, it was the duty of judge to send the matter to lok adalat. you may send in the order of the court and judgment thereof at [email protected] for further guidance.
Send your order and also zimni orders to guide you properly. Further
whether at the time of legal notice you offer to pay. What was the amount. plz attach your copy of petition also. But immediacy you have to file an appeal before the higher court to set aside the judgment and that court will defiantly do the justice.
