Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, Ma grandpa ve 2 wifes, on the consent of 1st wife he married the 2nd both ve children, now ma grandpa is not alive. We want to share my grandpa's property but his 2nd wife and her children are not co-operating to take legal heir... is there any solution to get our share ?
