Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir / Madam, I got married by Feb 01. My husband and inlaws gave false details regarding his health, job and education before my marriage. Later when I came to know the facts, they illtreated me. Due to our culture, I was forced to live with him. Last year september, my father in law pushed me out of my house. By Mar 1, 09 - my husband expired because of his illness. Is there any way I can sue my in laws. Now they have taken all my belongings and also denying to give me my husband's share of property. Kindly help me on this. Thanks

You may recover your belongings by filing a police complaint u/s 406 IPC. For inheriting property, if any, belonging to your husband, you may file a civil suit.
File a complaint u/s 406 before police against your inlaws. Then file a civil suit to get the property share of your husband and DVA to live in the same house.

they infact have cheated upon you by not disclosing that their son is suffering from a serious disease. you can file a complaint u/s 420 r/w Sec. 498a and Sec. 406 of indian penal code against your inlaws. you can also file a complaint under domestic violence act against your inlaws and seek compensation for spoiling your life by misleading and cheating you and your parents.
