Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir i have got married to a girl against the wish of her parents and we have got our marriage registered at Delhi marriage registrar office.

now we planned to leave the house but before that we want to inform local police station that we are leaving with our own wish and with no pressure.

will it be ok if i send those affidavit through registered post as i am afraid that local police may help her parents or some thing like that.

otherise, there is no need for the same, however even if you want to send the same, send the same through post, you can also send through fax or email of concerned police department
