Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir i have married to a girl against the wish of her parents also i have got our marriage registered at marriage registrar Delhi.
Now we want to stay living together.
But my question is can her parents go to police against our marriage and will Police help them ??
she is 24 and i am 29.
None of us were married before or divorcee.
Also will it be ok if i send said letters through registered post because i afraid local police may help her parents or something like that.

no body can stop others to file complaints, so if parents of your wife file complaint, you have to face it. you can send letter's if any through post, fax, courier and even though e-mail
