hello sir my name is MubharaK. And i am in love with one girl she also love's me. But that girls parents were not accepting our marriage. so they took her away to unknown place. Now we cant contact each other. I think her parents are trying to make a marriage with another person. But she dont like that marriage. what step i have to take. please help me. and main thing we both were from different religeon. she is Hindu. and I am Muslim. please tell she wants me and i want her.

thats right , the age of marriage is 21 year for a boy

hence ur marriage is void.

You have to drop the idea of staying together or getting married or have been married as in all eventualities ,the marriage is illegal and invalid because you are a minor to get marry.

you may file a writ of habeas corpus if the girl is taken to an unidentified place and in case she expresses her desire to marry you, you may wait for one more year and marry her later. court may protect the relationship.
