Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir I am navneeth and had been working abroad for 15 years.I got marriage before 6 years. My family contains 2 sisters and me.Sisters are got married.Younger sister married from outside cast with out my favour. My mother has connection with her and ask me to transfer some property to her or give 1Lakhs rupees to her.My mother told me that she will give her property to me and a sale deed was executed on feb 2004.Because i am with my wife an kid in abroad, Some problems(immoral traffic by the sister's daughter) happened in my family. The only thing I did is ask them about the problem happend in my house Shall I live there after returing from gulf? then they(parents) are against me and put case(2006 january) aganist me saying that When executing the deed they didn't know that ie a sale deed and I didnot give them money for living. The case judment is opposite to me and the judge decree is to cancel the deed. With all my saving I built the house on that plot What should I do?.I think this problem is faced by many NRI

yes, this is the problem being faced by many NRIs as they purchase the properties but as they are not in india, unscruplous people usurp the properties. i think you must challenge the order of the court that cancelled the sale deed executed in your favour. you have a strong case against your family and appeal on legal grounds may reverse the judgment/decree.
