Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir i posted a question earlier about civil disputes between my father and his brother. And as i said that my father got writ petition from the high court. in the writ we got that they had gave in the following manner

the investigating officer is hereby directed to investigate into matter without harassing the petitioner and also follow the procedure as per the amended act of the criminial procedur code in sec.41 of crpc. with the above obsevation the criminal petition is disposed of and the miscellaneous petitions if any filed along with the criminal petition shall stand closed .

sir my father filed writ petition under sec. 482 crpc and our criminal petition no.461 of 2011. from andhrapradesh.

Petition u/s 482 of Crpc is not a writ petition because all the writs are under the Constitution of India . Your father had filed a petition for direction to the investigating officer to the complaint that they the police should not harrass your father etc. Now what is your question ?
