sir, i had purchased a flat in mumbai and put my mother as the second name .now due to my love marriage dispute my mother has raised an objection to the society that the share certificates should not be given to me and also her name should be added in it as she said that she is the joint owner . she stays with sepreatly with my elder brother who is having an eye on my property cause my mother is not willing to sign for the transfer in my name even after her demise .all the cost has been paid 100% by me and that time i was working abroad. and even the society is not willing to hand over the share certificate to me as they say that my mother has raised an objection. please guide me.

you may file the civil suit restraining your mother from creating the third party interest in the property and also seek declaration of ownership.
