sir i purchased a home from thirdparty . from husband i purchased,i heard disputes n between the wife and husband , so i obtained an injection order in subordinate court-in my peacefull position the sellers wife should not disturb my possession-but the sellers wife trespassed my home by breaking door lock..and threatened me if u come here we made u to put eve teasing case .so i got to police .the complaint registered and FIR is made,but they not taken action against fir,its civil property you see in court is the reply of police . in the mean time tat wife filed a petition n high court.1)to quash and stay for this fir. like she is living there only 2)police direction-i threteaning them very dangerously to vacate the home so put fir on me and take action and give protection. This 2 petition is filed , And police direction is dismissed accordingly forward this complaint to social welfare officer. This is my situvation ..i want to eject this party out of my property immediately..so please guide me legaly.in this i want to file a suite for ejection or suite for ejectment.How much time will happen , For this suite i want to pay property value in percentage in court a sir.the tresspassed time is now 8months .

You can file complaint directly in the court through advocate for trespassing and can file suit for mandatory injunction
