Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
sir , i purchased a plot of 280 sq yards in guntur (AP) in 2008 from krishna , and krishna purchased same plot from ram in 2005 and ram purachased same plot from siva in 1995 and siva purchased same plot from a siva prasad (GPA agent) in 1993 , GPA agent got genral power of attorney from subbu in 1989 . subbu(land lord died in 1992) . Thus these sales are valid or not . and now the sons of subbu filed a land grabbing case against me and tellling they are the title owners . thus their right is valid or my sale is valid ....request give a valuble suggesstion ...sir

An appropriate opinion may depend upon your documents. However, prima facie, it appears that the 1989 attorney had become invalid in 1993 after Subbo died in 1992.
