Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

sir my question in my family my father and my father's brother has property disputes and we filed minor petition regarding sharing of properties and in order to avoid sharing of properties my father's brother filed illegal case under sec.448,452,323,506,509 read with 34 ipc on 3rd december 2010 and police harassed my parents regarding case on 4th dec 2010 and my parents got writ from high court on 24 jan 2011 and till know the police who filed the case on my parents did not canceld it and at this position whom we have to approach. do we have to approach police higher officials or the court .
