Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Sir, We are recently very tension because , our neighour house throw dust & smoke by exausted fan in our room and all room approxly covered the smoke and that cause my son (6 years old )and my father (70 years old) suffered from breathing problem.
We many times request neighour man to solve this problem but he couldnot any any step to prevent this pollution .
So sir please help me and support me that now what can i do for solve this problem?

firstly send legal notice if matter not resolves u may file injunction suit
